Ponies: The Anthology

I think this picture pretty much summarizes how awesome the first video was !

hey everypony/everyone, hope you all had a good day. here we go again.

what happens when you take ponies, add funny sound effects and overdubs, add a shoop here and there, and put it all in two videos. you get this master piece of a video. that's right, im talk about none other than

Ponies: The Anthology

so im going to do this differently than my last post, because, well, you cant talk about a funny video the same way you talk about a creepypasta. Also, im not going to summarize it because 1, its way to long to and 2, there isn't really a storyline, so you will just have to experience it yourself.

The Good

when I first watched these videos, I couldn't stop laughing. the overdubs were hilarious from twilights "read a book" to pinkies bass cannon and heavy moment. every idea in these videos were original, and made it work for all people who were watching it. you actually have to watch it twice because if your laughing while watching it, you miss some jokes.

The bad

As funny as these 2 videos were, I think they were way too long, im not saying that it was boring, im saying I don't want to sit through an hour video, I think it would have been way more enjoyable if they were cut into 10 minute videos. sure you have 12 videos, but, hey! I would have watched them all over and over and over and over again.

Another problem I had was the cutout parts (where it said technical difficulties on it) I just thought it was too loud, I had to adjust my volume repeatedly because of the static that played. but it was fixed in the second video, so that made me happy.

The final judgment

overall, this video was funny, but if you want to watch a 10  minute video, this isn't the video for you. you will have to find some time in the day were you have 2 hours of dead time to finish these 2 videos.

Scores

Originality: 10/10

Sound: 7/10 (I explained the static problem)

Humor: 10/10 (like I need to explain that)
Time: 5/10 (way too long for my attention span)

overall: 8/10

Cupcakes

MY Thoughts on Cupcakes

Shoutout to piano, I don't know you, but this pic is awesome

ok let me start off by saying a few things about me
#1: im a rainbow dash fan, but that wont get in front of my view point
#2: im a busy person, so my posts wont be everyday, more than likely ever week to 3 a week.
so lets start off my reviewing one of the most known, most twisted, most disturbing MLP creepy pastas ever written..... Cupcakes

so if you haven't read cupcakes yet, I suggest you go do that now.

when I first read this pasta I wasn't even a brony, so I thought to myself, "how  bad can a MLP creepypasta be? I bet its nothing"
..... I have never been so off. it starts off nice and cute, rainbows hanging with her ne of her bet pals, the loveable pinkie pie. then pinkie gives Rainbow a cupcake that knocks rainbow dash out. and this is when we see pinkie as a crazy psycho murderer. Rainbow dash wakes up to find that she is strapped to a table with a bunch of surgical tools around her. and pinkie pie with her usual smile is standing there. and, well, I think you know the rest.....

MY THOUGHTS.
this creepy pasta was very well written and made me look not only at pinkie pie differently, but it opened my mind up to MLP being more than just a show for girls. the creepiness of this was great because, hey, I could see pinkie doing this. I mean c'mon she has that serial killer smile sometimes. and the creepiness is perfectly complemented by the gore and detail of the killing. I could follow the story easy, feel goosebumps on the back of my neck, and be grossed out on the detail.

MY REVIEW
Cupcakes is, in a weird sense, what opened me up to the brony community. and it is a very well written pasta. I recommend this to anyone who likes pastas and hasn't read this disturbing masterpiece of a story.

SCORES
Creepiness: 9/10: it was creepy, but I have read creepier, but this one is high in my list
Gore: 10/10: the part with the wings, and the nails in the hooves made me squirm.
Detail 10/10:  Very graphic, so sensitive people out there, this isn't for you ;)
overall 9.5/10: yes I know its a high score, but this is still my favorite pasta that has to do with MLP.
